The 2012 Annual Session of the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists will feature a unique CE program offering a variety of concurrent doctors and staff lectures to be held during "at sea" times on this Alaskan cruise. MSO meeting registration form
The MSO meeting registration fee applies to the CE educational program only and not to any cruise related charges. Cruise booking applies to only the cruise and does NOT register you for the CE educational program. Due to pricing considerations and included amenities, only those participants booking on this cruise through Special Event Cruises are eligible to attend the MSO program.
CE attendance letters will be given to each MSO program registrant with the final CE assigned based upon course attendance during the cruise. Current MSO program meeting space assignment onboard allows for up to 12 hours of CE lectures to be held in the main show lounge with ample seating options. Participation for additional break-out sessions will be limited to a first-come, first-served seating.

The Midwestern Society of Orthodontists is an ADA CERP recognized provider approved by the American Association of Orthodontists. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The Midwestern Society of Orthodontists designates this activity for 12+* continuing education credits (*pending final cruise meeting space availability and optional attendance at additional break-out sessions).

AAO/WFO member doctors (active or retired): $250
Non-AAO/WFO doctors: $1500
No charge to AAO student and full-time faculty members in an accredited MSO-region orthodontic program if registered by May 14, 2012
Staff of AAO/WFO member doctors: $150
Staff of non-AAO/WFO doctors: $1400
