The Omaha Orthodontic Study Club met January 22, 2010. 3M Unitek sponsored Dr. Anoop Sondhi's lecture, Orthodontics 2010: Contemporary Treatment with Variable Prescription Orthodontics. We would like to thank Dr. Tim Sheehan for planning the meeting and Tom Irvin of 3M Unitek for the sponsorship. The Nebraska Society of Orthodontists business meeting and lecture was held March 19, 2010. Dr. Moe Razavi presented Temporary Anchorage Devices in Orthodontics: Techniques for Success. Dr. Sundaralingam Premaraj planned an excellent meeting and we again want to thank Tom Irvin of 3M Unitek for sponsorship. The business meeting included election of officers as noted above. We would like to thank Dr. Laura Rothe for her excellent leadership and commitment as an officer the last three years. Dr. Paula Harre will complete her terms as component director to the MSO this fall. Dr. Harre has provided the membership with outstanding leadership and has represented Nebraska with unmatched professionalism. We want to thank her for her years of service. Dr. Kim Stafford will become the component director at the MSO meeting in September.
