The Omaha Orthodontic Study Club met Friday, February 1, 2008. Dr. Tom Weber organized an educational meeting featuring Dr. Thomas Pitts and the Damon system. We would like to thank Ormco for sponsoring this event and also Dr. Weber for serving as president of the OOSC and planning the annual meetings over the last several years.

Drs. John Brand, Peter Spalding and Clarke Jones spoke to the Nebraska Society of Orthodontists attendees on March 21, 2008. The annual meeting was conducted and the officers as noted above were elected. We would like to thank Dr. Rebecca Hohl for serving as an officer of the NSO. Dr. Rothe is planning the 2009 annual meeting. It will be March 27, 2009, and Dr. Rick McLaughlin will be the featured speaker.
